The Chile Stand is a pop up roasted chile event. We deliver fresh chile from Hatch New Mexico and Pueblo Colorado. We roast the fresh chilies to prefection as you watch and smell the worlds best aromas!

This is for high volume roasting or large events. 

We charge a $300 mobilization fee for this event. Eligiblle for a 50% refund if sales exceed 25 bushels. And 100% refund if sales exceed 50 bushels. 

We require a setup area at least 20ft wide and 30ft deep.

Ristras, Beans, Dried Chilies, Chile Powders and other farm fresh items.
