You have until 6:00 A.M. the day of your event if you need to cancel for weather or any other reason. Once we have set up, we do not give refunds for any reason including weather. Once we load your equipment and leave our warehouse you are liable for 50% of your rental. Once we setup you are liable for 100% of the rental fees. Once we have set up, we have to pay our employees for their hard work and therefore we require full payment regardless of use.
Note: Unless, the weather is so bad as to risk our equipment, the decision is up to you since your area might not be affected by weather conditions as much as another. Our main safety concern is wind. When wind speeds are higher than approx. 15-20 MPH, jumps become unsafe regardless of our tie down methods and must be taken down. If you are concerned, please call our office.
The minimum reservation fee is how we lock in your rental and reserves the equipment for you. This is deducted directly from your total reservation. The reservation minimum is nonrefundable. In the event you need to cancel for any reason the reservation minimum is kept as a rain check good for up to one year from the time of the original rental.The minimum reservation is based off of the total cost of your rental and breaks down as follows:
Total of $250.00 or less = $15
Total of $250.01 - $350.00 = $30
Total of $350.01 - $550.00 = $50
Total of $550.01 or more = $100
Total of $1,000 or more = %20
Aside from the reservation minimum we do not accept payment in full prior to an event. Colorado weather is very unpredictable and can cause mass cancellations at times. To avoid the mass refunds, we only accept full payment a Maximum of 48 hours prior to an event. You will receive emails with payment options the two days before your event. You may pay at that time using our online Credit/Debit Process. Any Credit or Debit charges will be assessed a %4 processing fee. You may also pay with cash at the time of delivery. Our drivers do not carry change and payment will be required prior to setup. Please have exact change ready at delivery if you plan on paying with cash.
*Reservation Minimum is EXEMPT from the cc processing fee.
Online tips are spent on drinks, snacks and other refreshments that are stocked at the office for all employees to enjoy weekly. If you would like to tip your delivery or pickup crew directly please do so in person. Tips are never expected but always appreciated.
Your rental will be delivered between 6:00 A.M. and 1:00 p.m. the day of your event in order from closest to farthest from our warehouse.
Pickups will be the next day in reverse. This means your rental will be at least 19 hours and up to 24 depending on your exact drop off and pickup times which vary.
*Rentals that will go out to another event the next day will be picked up as early as possible.
*If you are having your event at a "Park" or any "Venue" that requires a "Special Delivery and/or Pickup Time" You will need to choose these options during checkout.
Hourly Rentals will be delivered about 30 minutes early to allow for setup. You will receive your entire allotted time frame and we will require about 45 minutes to an hour after to pack up..
The damage waiver covers any equipment damage that is not the direct result of misuse, negligence, or theft. You can learn more about your responsibilities as a renting operator HERE.
